Toronto dog-walking service Leash and Paws hosting inaugural summer charity drive to help homeless people with pet care

While Toronto’s shelters and outreach agencies do what they can to serve the needs of the city’s homeless population, the needs of pets whose owners are living on the streets are often overlooked.

To that end, Toronto dog-walking service Leash and Paws is hosting its first-ever summer charity drive to help the pets of homeless men and women.

Leash and Paws is collecting small items such as leashes, towels, blankets, dog and cat toys, treats and food from donors on behalf of Pets of the Homeless. (Read more here)
