Success Story: Blue

Success Story: Blue

Hello, my name is Blue. For the past 18 months, my mom and I have been living in our car. Despite our challenges, my human has a job, and we receive food stamps to help us get by. Unfortunately, food stamps don’t cover pet food. Life isn’t easy, but our bond keeps us strong.

Recently, I developed a large mass on my lip. It made eating painful and difficult, and it was growing rapidly. My mom was so worried and didn’t know how to help me. That’s when one of her friends told us about Feeding Pets of the Homeless.

Thanks to the amazing donors who support Feeding Pets of the Homeless, I was able to get the help I desperately needed. After my mom completed an intake with them, I was swiftly taken to the vet. The examination revealed that I needed immediate surgery to remove the mass. The surgery went perfectly, and I’m now on my way to a full recovery.

Feeding Pets of the Homeless covered $2,000 for my care. Their generosity didn’t just improve my health; it saved my life. My mom and I are beyond grateful for their support.

Thank you, Feeding Pets of the Homeless, and thank you to everyone who supports this life-saving organization. Your kindness and generosity make all the difference.
