Breaking Bread Community is the only shelter that welcomes guests to come with their 3 Ps:  Pets, Possessions, and Partners of all genders. Breaking Bread Community Shelter (BBCS) is an emergency shelter responding to the growing need for temporary housing for individuals that are homeless in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. We offer comprehensive programs and services that promote self-sufficiency for individuals in a supportive environment of shared respect, dignity, caring, and trust.
