Find a Pet Food Donation Site

Our pet food donation site volunteers support our objective of collecting pet food and pet supplies. They are working with pet food providers who have agreed to distribute pet food in those communities.

Make a Donation

Your donation can make the lives of these pets a little easier. Each day is a struggle for those experiencing homelessness, and their pets have little recourse. We are their voice, and you can be their hero.

Become a Sponsor

If providing support for pets of the homeless and ensuring access to emergency veterinary care is important to your company or organization, please consider sponsoring Feeding Pets of the Homeless. As a dedicated nonprofit organization, we rely on grants, sponsors, and donations to help pets in need across the nation.  Importantly, we do not receive any government funding, so your support is crucial.

Evidence shows that animal companionship is fortifying and contributes to the emotional well-being of people experiencing homelessness, including encouraging owners to obtain sobriety, leave abusive relationships, and avoid incarceration.

Hi, my name is Osito, and I am a 2-year-old domestic short-haired cat living with my mom in a shelter. I make my mom laugh with my silly outfits, and I keep her warm with cuddles. My mom and I look out for each other as we navigate our situation. My mom noticed that I was not my usual playful self, and my eyes looked irritated and swollen. I started sneezing and feeling uncomfortable frequently. My mom got worried and contacted Feeding Pets of the Homeless. After a brief intake, our shelter provided the necessary verification, and we were off to the vet.The veterinarian diagnosed me with an eye infection, as well as very irritated ears, which explained why I kept pawing at myself and feeling down. They gave me some eye drops and cleaned my ears, and I started to get some relief. My eye infection was tough, and I had to go back to the vet again for more medicine. Now I am back to my playful self, modeling my outfits for my mom and making her smile.Thank you to Feeding Pets of the Homeless for contributing $305 towards my care!Your support makes stories like mine possible. When you give, you’re not just helping a pet, you’re helping a family stay together through the hardest of times.🐾 Donate today and change a life! ... See MoreSee Less
