Fara

Fara, living in Reno, NV with her homeless owner was not acting herself. She was lethargic and not eating. The veterinarian that works with POTH tested the Pit Bull mix for Parvo. The test came back positive. Pets of the Homeless paid for the treatment. A couple of days later the owner said she was doing much better and back to playing again.

Not too long ago a Parvo diagnosis would be fatal, today with early testing it can be treated. This is another reason why all pets need to be vaccinated.
