Pets of the Homeless received an email from a homeless man who lives on a stage at a park in Long Beach, California with his therapy dog, Angel, an 8 year old female Maltese. She had a hernia and a loose tooth.
Pets of the Homeless approved an examination. We further assisted with blood work, anesthesia, hernia surgery, iv catheter and fluids, tooth extraction, pain and antibiotics injections, and e-collar and additional medications.
