The purpose of the SOS Program is to reduce euthanasia and relinquishment of animals to shelters by providing assistance to responsible pet owners, allowing them to retain their animal. Financial assistance may include helping to offset temporary boarding costs or rental pet deposits while an owner relocates, or assisting with veterinary treatment.
