POTH received a call from a homeless man who lives in a garage with no power or running water in OR with his kitten, Trouble. Trouble was attacked by a dog and his leg bone was protruding from the skin. The veterinarian had to amputate Trouble’s leg. POTH contributed the maximum benefit allowable to assist with the cost of an exam, x-ray, leg amputation, hernia surgery and an e-collar.
