Pets of the Homeless received a call from a homeless man who lives in a garage with no power or running water in OR with his kitten, Trouble.   Trouble was attacked by a dog and his leg bone was protruding from the skin. The veterinarian had to amputate Trouble’s leg. (Read more here)
