Safe Haven for Pets & Packs Program.  Helps keep beloved pets and their human companions together by keeping pets healthy and safe through boarding and healthcare services at no charge while owners undergo medical or mental health treatment, attend school of vocational training, or go to the doctor or other appointments.

Owner must be experiencing homelessness in Orange County, CA or be a U.S. Veteran residing in Orange County, CA.  Must be working with a case worker, doctor of health care professional who is authorized to discuss the situation.
