A 1 ½ year old male Border Collie named Eli owned by a homeless woman who lives in a camper in Oakland, CA., had a fox-tail in his ear. She said her dog means everything to her and is her protection being homeless.

POTH paid to have the fox tail removed, pain injection, vaccinations and also to neuter.
