Baby and Chachie are both female Chihuahuas owned by a woman who lives under a bridge in Southern CA. She won’t go to a shelter because she won’t give up on her dogs. Her 11 year old, “Baby” had a lump near her breast area. Pets of the Homeless paid for an exam, bloodwork, lump asperation, flea medication and pain medication. “Chachie”, her four year old, had very bad fleas.
