A Day of Healing and Hope: 114 Pets Served at Our Free Wellness Clinic

Discover the impact of community care as Feeding Pets of the Homeless, along with dedicated partners like Nevada Humane Society, FISH, Riverside Veterinary Hospital, Carson Tahoe Health, CASI, and UNR student volunteers, came together to serve 114 pets of families experiencing homelessness and low income. This heartwarming event provided free vaccinations, wellness checks, spay/neuter vouchers, microchips, pet food, and pet supplies—all essential services for pets in need.

Through the collaborative support of our donors, staff, volunteers, community partners, Jamie Brianna’s Legacy Fund and the generosity of I Am Boundless, which provided specially crafted Pets & People treats, pets left the clinic healthier and happier. These treats are made by adults with disabilities and represent a partnership rooted in care for both pets and people.

This video showcases the powerful difference that community collaboration and your donations make in the lives of vulnerable families and their pets. Learn more about how you can support our mission and bring health and comfort to pets in need. Visit https://petsofthehomeless.org.
