Success Story: Edmond

Feeding Pets of the Homeless received a call from a woman who lives in her van in Riverside, CA about her dog Edmond, a Chihuahua Papion mix who was at a clinic to get vaccinations when the vet tech noted he had infected teeth. So before he could get vaccinations his guardian needed to make sure the infection was cleared up. Edmund had also just been neutered through the organization, Taking it to the Streets with Lori and Shira.

Feeding Pets of the Homeless approved an examination.  Edmund needed to have some teeth extracted. We assisted with $418 for dental surgery which included: nine teeth extracted, antibiotics and pain medications. We received a $47 discount from our veterinary partner.
