Pets of the Homeless received a call from a participating veterinary hospital about a dog named Sparkle Face who was hit by a car that morning.   Sparkle Face, a 2-year old female Australian Shepherd Queensland Blue Heeler mix, lives with her homeless guardian in a dirt lot behind a commercial location.  (Read more here)
